Supreme Transformation in all of Life

Dive into the experience and teaching pedagogy of “deep and dynamic” SRY. These poses allow students to carry openness into their lives and to bring the teachings alive in their relationships, work and viewpoint. Gain practices that are ripe for you to share as series, workshops and retreats with your dedicated students who want more. Gain the skill for helping students resolve patterns of spiritual bypass {and do this for yourself along the way!}.

The philosophy of this training centers around the Vedic viewpoint that makes all of life Yoga, giving every action purpose. You will deepen your personal practice and become empowered to lead high-end offerings, such as workshops and retreats.

What you’ll learn:

  • Trikonāsana, Upright Anjaneyāsana and Warrior Poses
  • The Bhagavād Gita’s teaching of Karma Yoga and how to make all of life a spiritual practice
  • What spiritual bypass really is and how to stop doing it
  • How to sequence deep and dynamic poses for effectiveness
  • The story of Hanumān and how it relates to our inner power

In this three-day immersion and training you’ll be able to go deep into your own experience and teaching pedagogy so you can deliver more to your students. Each day includes a deep class and hours of teaching into the poses selected for this course {we go for depth not breadth!}.
