About Kaya’s Supreme Release Yoga

Welcome to the “softer side of yoga”. This practice is therapeutic, healing, gentle, and rooted in yoga’s true purpose. The SRY practice is for the mature yoga practitioner, who is not looking for an athletic experience of shape-making and shape-shifting. This practice is for you: the seeker of the truth of being. In SRY the body is a sacred field of Self-discovery. With exquisite approach to the physical and subtle, we release muscle tension emphasizing the pelvis and ribcage, protect and heal joints, decompress the spine, nurture the whole body. The result is dramatic physical healing, inner quietude and a taste of the Self again and again and again.

Included in this Series:

  • Lifetime access to 4 hour long Supreme Release Yoga Practices, unfolded one by one in a way that deepens your inner state each time and paired with contemplative yogic teachings. Each practice is therapeutic, gentle, and accessible.

What You Need:

  • You’ll need a few yoga blankets or similar, 2 yoga blocks and chair {folding, dining etc}.
  • This series is appropriate for most students. If you are pregnant, please select Kaya’s prenatal yoga series.
