This program is designed to tend to heal your relationship with sleep & dreams, and thus with wakefulness and spiritual awakening too. You’ll learn to appreciate & self-assess sleep, to use remedies and lifestyle to heal & deepen your sleep and you’ll gain the depths of insight available from the Mandukya Upanishad which reveals the deeper meanings of the range of human states – waking, dreaming and sleeping – including why sleep is praised!
