3-DAY TRAINING

Dive deep into the therapeutic practice and pedagogy of ŚRY inversions, threaded with teachings on the the subtle spine. Restorative teachers will gain new perspectives on inversions, whilst conventional yoga teachers will learn to make inversions healing and rooted in yogaic purpose.
