Guidelines for Interacting with Kaya:
Private Sessions:
- For personal advice regarding body, mind, practice, life, or work, consider booking a private session or a series of sessions with Kaya.
- These topics are not suitable for discussions in a public forum like Mighty Network or live Q&A sessions.
- Private 1:1 sessions with Kaya provide a personalized and in-depth exploration beyond what can be achieved through emails or online interactions.
- Kaya’s tradition does not permit her to offer mantra guidance over email or online interaction.
Live Q&A Sessions:
- During live Q&A sessions, limit your questions to the specific class or topic being taught.
- For instance, after a SRY class, feel free to ask questions related to the asanas or contemplations covered in that class or the current series.
- In a Gita class, focus your questions on the material presented in that session.
- Avoid asking questions that are unrelated to the topic at hand or seeking personal counsel during these sessions.
- During live Q&A sessions, limit your questions to the specific class or topic being taught.
Mighty Network (Sangha):
- MN (Sangha) is a community space where you can share your personal insights and experiences on your yogic journey.
- It’s a platform for connecting with fellow practitioners and seekers.
- Use MN for questions that are generally helpful to the group and can benefit all members.
- Avoid asking for personal practice suggestions or teaching advice here; these topics should be reserved for private 1:1 sessions.
Logistical Questions:
- If you have questions about products, services, registration, or technical issues, please email Charis (kaya@yogawithkaya.com), who will assist you with your inquiries.
Remember that respecting these guidelines will help maintain the integrity and purpose of each interaction platform and ensure that you receive the most appropriate assistance from Kaya and the community.
