Restful, reclined release of your whole spine. Reliable & supported. Try this for the deepest pelvic release that uses gravity to help the inner letting go. For warmth lay a blanket over yourselve or even bring in a hot water bottle or space heater. 

Side-Lying Letting Go, 30 min

Therapeutic, supported. Great for deep rest or pregnancy. Great for total letting go in a way that feels safe and deeply restful.
