SRY Online Yoga Studio • Monthly

When you support yourself with yoga, yoga supports you back. ~ Kaya

Each month inside the SRY Studio offers a depth of authentic yoga experience for you to delve into from home.

  • 1 new live class per week {Tuesdays 10am Pacific Time}, always recorded and added to your library!
  • Access to each week’s new class, contemplation & more to do again and again
  • Over 50 on-demand practices ranging from 5 minutes – 75 minutes and organized into themes
  • Weekly opportunity to join in for {or access recordings of} live post-practice Q&A with Kaya

SRY gently and blissfully releases muscles attached to the spine to create inner spaciousness & deep nurturance the central channel of the physical and subtle body.

Each class unfolds a meaningful contemplative theme rooted in the Vedic and Yoga tradition. The practice takes you deeply inward, softens you, and then expands you so that you become more rejuvenated and available for your life.

Classes are recorded and all content is available for you as long as you remain a subscribing member of SRY Studio. As with all subscriptions, you do not have access to the content when your subscription ends. Track along with the practice in sequential order or access your favorite practices over and over again. It’s totally up to you!

*Only interested in THIS month’s theme? No problem! Join at the beginning of the month & cancel your membership at the end of the month from inside your account.
