Patterns ~ Saṃskāra

In a world undergoing constant choas & culminations ~ hopeful beginnings, painful endings, painful beginnings, hopeful endings… it can feel impossible to find your anchor and sense of sovereignty amidst the changes. But YOU are your anchor. You can choose to be responsible for and tend to yourself as the anchor. 
Your present habits are the result of karmic & ancestral momentum. Habits that are repeated over and over become saṃskāra – deep grooved patterns at the causal level of the body that are carried from one life to the next. 
You can repeat beneficial habits over and over to resolve problematic saṃskāra & establish beneficial ones. Take a listen to some teachings & suggestions around habits.
