Wisdom in Purpose, Potential & Practice
Key teachings of Patanjali’s Yoga Sūtras, stewarded by Kaya’s authentic, mothering, enlivened approach.
Many modern yoga sūtra programs live on the binary of academic & centered on Sanskrit dictionary based translation on the one hand or feeling-based share circles centered on personal interpretation on the other.
Kaya’s approach is a profound revelation of tradition, esoteric deep meaning & the lived experience as a mother, householder, yoga practitioner and lineage holder.
Nectar of Patanjali offers a lineage-based approach that holds sacred the responsibility to reveal the true intentions and meanings of this scripture that can lead to spiritual growth.
Kaya extracts esoteric and transformational nectar of key sutras that reveal the purpose of yoga, the nature of the mind, the divine human potential, and what it is to live a life dedicated to awakening. Kaya’s teaching style illuminates the yoga sūtras in a multifasted way, threading in the vision of the upaṇiṣads, the Bhagavad Gitā and the feminine divine.
So welcome to the Nectar of Patañjali ~ where the sūtras are offered in a ways that will touch your heart & meaningfully impact practice and your life.

NOTE FROM KAYA
Patañjali Yoga Sūtras is an advanced text for mature practitioners. It’s important that we enter into this not from an academic stance, nor a superficial one. This offering of Patanjali yoga sūtras is a sacred pilgrimage into a classical yoga text that accounts for the mystical, the feminine divine and the vision of vedānta, under the influence of my own mystical and intelligent gurus.
Love,
Kaya
